(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 & 3 to opposite party to grant compensation to the petitioner for mental harassment and agony." 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by an action of the Bandhan Bank and its recovery agents. The writ petition is not maintainable before this Court against a private entity. 4. It is dismissed as not maintainable leaving it open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
