Petitioner’s application for renewal of his license to practice as Notary, has been rejected only on the ground that he has completed two terms of five years each. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: - “I. Issue a writ order or direction in the Nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 16-05-2025 (Annexure No. 5) passed by the principal Secretary Law and Rememberance Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun. II. Issue an add-interim mandamus not to give effect to the Impugned order dated 16-05-2025 (Annexure No. 5) passed by the principal Secretary Law and Rememberance Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical issue has been decided by this Court in WPMS No. 7 of 2025 and other connected petitions. He concedes that issue involved in this writ petition is no longer res integra and has been dealt with in the said judgment. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, decided in terms of the judgment dated 8.10.2025 rendered in WPMS No. 7 of 2025.
