HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 7092 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. By the impugned orders dated 07.05.2022 and 30.06.2025 non bailable warrants were issued against the applicant. Sri Jaikaran, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had been enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge by order dated 31.01.2001. The applicant is a law abiding citizen who has joined the trial proceedings and was appearing regularly on the dates fixed. However, at a later point of time due to communication gap between the counsel and the applicant he could not appear on the appointed dates during the trial proceedings. The absence of the applicant in the trial proceedings was due to bonafide lack of knowledge and for facts and circumstances beyond his control. The applicant under takes to appear before the trial on the date fixed. In this wake the order dated 07.05.2022 as well as N.B.W. dated 30.06.2025 passed Additional Sessions Judge-Ist Raebareily are quashed. The applicant shall appear before the trial court within Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Jaikaran Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Gabbar Nut .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) a period of three weeks. In case the applicant fails to appear the trial court shall be at liberty to proceed as per law to compel his appearance.
