The appeal in the case at hand was decided by the Coordinate Bench on 02.12.2021. Learned counsel for the parties submit that no further proceedings are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is permitted to be released in favour of the applicant/claimant No.2 in terms of shares delineated in para 3 of the application.
