The present writ petition was entertained on the ground that the post of Principal District and Sessions Judge was vacant at that time, on account of elevation of the then Principal District and Sessions Judge, to this Court. 2. This Court notes that now, the post of Principal District and Sessions Judge, stands duly filled. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner ought to file an appeal before the competent forum. 4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the Show Cause Notice dated 27th January, 2021, to submit that the same has been issued with respect to house no. 29-A, Shera This is a digitally signed order. February, 2025 in favour of the petitioner, to submit that the petitioner is owner of the property bearing no. 29 and has no concern with property bearing no. 29-A. He further submits that a sanction plan has also been passed with respect to property bearing no. 29, Main Market, Shera Mohalla, Garhi, Delhi-110065. 7. Noting the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, within a period of two weeks from today. 8. At request of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Principal District and Sessions Judge is requested to consider the appeal of the petitioner, expeditiously. 9.
