It has been alleged that the private respondents, who were defendants in the said Suit, are not complying with the order and violating the interim injunction granted to the petitioners. 4. The petitioner has remedy of filing an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A along with Section 151 of the C.P.C. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
