Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents as well as Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel appearing for Land Management Committee. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents nos. 2 to 4 to comply the orders dated 02.12.2024, 01.02.2025 and 19.02.2025 passed by Revenue Officer/Administrative Officer as opposite party nos. 2 and 3 and also direct the opposite party nos. 6 to 8 not to disturb peaceful possession over the Gata No.217 Kha and 217 G public utility land situated at village Laveda, Pargana and Tehsil Patti, district Pratapgarh." 3. It appears from perusal of the report dated 31.01.2025 and submitted by Lekhpal to the Revenue Inspector. It has been forwarded to the Tehsildar that there is a private dispute amongst the joint tenure holders of Gata No.217 Ga ad-measuring 1.6440 hectare. No actual physical partition of the Gata in question has taken place although there are several persons, who claim to be in possession and tenure holders on Minzumla Gatas. 4. The petitioner has a dispute with his neighbours who are also his collateral (pattidar). The remedy for the Petitioner is to approach the Revenue Court under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for partition of the Gata No.271 which is a big part of land. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
