After arguing the matter for sometime, counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that the order of the Assistant Commissioner has been executed as of today. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioners is placed on record. Because of the execution of the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Mysore Sub-Division, Mysore as of today nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition.
