2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. In this writ petition the petitioners are assailing the order dated 15.01.2025 in R.P.No.127 of

2023 (Annexure-F) passed by the respondent No.1, confirming the order dated 14.08.2023 in RA No. 619 of 2019 passed by the respondent No.2 (Annexure-E).

Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and the finding recorded by the respondent-authorities would indicate that the land bearing Sy.No.27/2C-2 (new Sy.No.27/2C) measuring 17 guntas, in which, the 15 guntas of land has been sold in favour of the respondent No.4, in RP No.127 of 2023 (Annexure-F) as per the judgment and decree in the suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, RSA No.258 of 2017 is pending
consideration before this Court and in that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, there is no error in the impugned order passed by the respondent- authorities and the rights of the parties has to be

crystallized only after the conclusion of the proceedings in RSA No.258/2017 and therefore, no interference is called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
