Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record order dated 24.01.2025 passed pursuant to the judgment rendered in Kundal Lal Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the judgment has now been complied with by the respondents, however, the petitioner be given liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 24.01.2025, in accordance with law, for the purpose of staking his claim to the pension. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWP No.7094/2023 decided on 29.09.2023 2 3. In view of above, the execution petition is closed taking into consideration the order dated 24.01.2025 passed by the respondents.
