The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief(s);- 10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner’s case. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 27.02.2025 passed by the respondent No. 3 in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities to mutate/ update the subject land in the name of the petitioner as per registered sale deed dated 18.03.1991 and mutation dated 21.03.1991 at the earliest, in the interest of justice. 10.4 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be granted any other relief/order/direction in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit & proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the subject land from respondent No. 8 through registered sale deed dated 18.03.1991 and thereafter, the subject land was mutated on 21.03.1991 in the name of petitioner in the revenue record, since then the petitioner is in peaceful possession, but the revenue officer did not update his revenue record. Due to this, the petitioner seeks to update her revenue record. The petitioner has filed application under Section 115 of the Land Revenue Code 1959 before the respondent No. 3 for seeking correction of the revenue record as per registered sale deed dated 18.031991 and mutation dated 21.03.1991, but the respondent No. 3 did not consider his application and rejected on the ground to file civil suit and accordingly to Section 115 of CG Land Revenue Code, correction can be done in the revenue 3 record, if revenue officer has committed mistake. Hence this petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondents that with regard to the grievance of the petitioner, there is an alternative remedy is available to petitioner to file appeal under Section 44(1) of CG Land Revenue Code 1959. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submission of the respondents and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that there is an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 44(1) of the CG Land Revenue Code 1959.
