Heard Ms. Aishwarya Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA. In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent nos. 4 to 9 is dispensed with. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged the impugned F.I.R., but the investigation is not being carried out appropriately. She further submits that the petitioner has approached to the various authorities and the learned Magistrate concerned by moving an application for monitoring/supervision of the investigation on 22.07.2025 but only dates are being fixed and no effective order is being passed by the learned Magistrate. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length restricts her prayer for direction to the court concerned to consider the application of the petitioner and take appropriate steps. To which there is no objection by learned AGA. In view of above, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the application of the petitioner, contained in Annexure No.7 to the petition, and proceed accordingly as per law.
