The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ in the nture of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent concern to take acation against the erring persons, Patna High Court CWJC No.1970 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 private respondents no. 6 to 12, who wrongly and illegally make Jamabandi No. 26/K in the name of Jaimanti Devi, W/o Ram Sevak Yadav with respect of the Gochar Lands appertaining to Mouza Dhoraiya, Khata No. 43, Khesra No. 468, Rakwa 3 Acres, 2 decimal and wrongly entered into Register No. 2. (ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus directing especially Respondent no. 5, Anbad Adhikari, Dhoriaya to cnacel the Jamabandi No. 26/K created wrongly in the name of private Respondents and take strong action against them. 3. The petitioner has filed present writ petition being aggrieved by creation of Jamabandi in the name of Jaymanti Devi. 4.
