This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 64(2)(m)/65(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of POCSO Act pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum-Special Judge-POCSO Act Cases, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil PS Case No. 58 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 14 of 2025. 3. There is direct allegation against this petitioner that he has sexually assaulted the girl of 11 years. 4. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court finds it not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
