Sri Srijan Singh, learned counsel for the informant has apprised the Court that one of the petitioners, namely, Rahul Singh has filed anticipatory bail application before this Court bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1414 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioners have not informed this fact to him and he is absolutely unaware about the said fact. 4. Be that as it may, since after perusal of the FIR, prima facie, commission of cognizable offence is made out, hence no interference is possible under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed being misconceived. 6. It is open for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate court of law.
