It is argued that no injunction application was pending and thus, the directions of this Court were obtained without disclosing the correct facts. The order shows no error. However, as it is alleged that no injunction application was pending, it is clarified that the said directives contained in the order dated 02.05.2025 shall operate only if an injunction application is pending or is filed by the plaintiff.
