HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5220 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The instant petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No. 2609 of 2024, pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Ambedkar Nagar, since 13.05.2024. 3. Having considered the aforesaid prayer and from perusal of the material on record, including the extracts of the order-sheet which have been brought on record, this Court does not find that there are any extenuating circumstances to persuade this Court to pass any expedition order relating to a suit of the year 2024. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner that, in case any cause for expedition arises in future relating to a suit of the year 2024, this order may not come in the way.
