Since the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have settled their case, permission is accorded to compromise the matter under Section 147 of ‘the N.I. Act’ read with Section 320(6) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ 6. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromise, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ The judgment dated 02.04.2025 in Crl.A.No.95/2023 on the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur; the judgment in C.C.No.2306/2020 dated 21.03.2020 on the file of the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur are set aside, the Petitioner is acquitted.
