(Oral) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for expediting the hearing and disposal of the Revenue Suit No.28 of 2018-19, Smt. Jameela vs. Smt. Jaitun, pending in the court of learned Assistant Collector (First Class), Vikas Nagar, Dehradun within stipulated time period of six months. 2. The petition from the face of it is misconceived one as the evidence of the parties was concluded on 11.11.2025 and the case is fixed on 16.12.2025 for final hearing. 3.
