Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondents are hereby dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. T202508300408641 (Shivraj Vs. Vinod Kumar Tiwari and others), U/S 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 along with stay application filed by the petitioner expeditiously. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner confines his prayer for a suitable direction to consider the stay application filed in the aforesaid case. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. Accordingly, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, without entering into the merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 - Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow to consider and decide stay application pending in Case No. T202508300408641 (Shivraj Vs. Vinod Kumar Tiwari and otehrs), U/S 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period of six weeks from the date sufficiency of service is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Brijesh Kumar Verma, Alok Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Shivraj .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. District Magistrate, Gonda And Others .....Respondent(s) received with regard to the respondents and in case there is some legal impediment, it shall also be open for the petitioner to press for grant of ad interim relief in case the case is so made out.
