Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the opp. Party no. 4 i.e.. District Minority Welfare Officer, Shrawasti under the provision of Uttar Pradesh non governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition Administration and Services Regulation 2016 restraining the institution of petitioner Madarsa Darul Uloom Ahle Sunnat Faizane Gaji, Village- Pyare Purawa, Post- Ikauna Dehat, Tahsil- Ikauna, Dist.-Shrawasti as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition interest of the justice. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to open the seal of institution of petitioner Madarsa Darul Uloom Ahle Sunnat Faizane Gaji, Village- Pyare Purawa, Post- Ikauna Dehat, Tahsil- Ikauna, Dist.-Shrawasti in the interest of justice." 3. It is argued that in similar circumstances, this Court had interfered and had passed a judgment on 14.05.2025 in Writ - C No.4464 of 2025. 4. Adopting the same reasoning as contained in the judgment dated 14.05.2025, present petition is allowed on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 14.05.2025.
