Learned counsel for the petitioner would take the Court through representation dated 05.07.2025 (Annexure-16), and would submit that despite the complaint being made that the shop has been licensed contrary to the triennial policy of the Government, no action is forthcoming from the respondents. 3. On a query, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State would submit that the said 1 2025:UHC:10820-DB representation is yet to be considered and disposed of. 4. In that view, we are of the opinion that the instant petition could be disposed of by directing the Competent Authority/ respondent no.2 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 05.07.2025, produced as Annexure-16 to the writ petition, and disposed of the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within the outer limit of six weeks from today. 5.
