Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent has reiterated that now the order passed by the Court on 24.04.2025 has been complied with in letter and spirit. 2. On the other hand, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that whether or not the three monthly energy bill issued in the month of August, 2025 has been adjusted/credited as mentioned in Para-6 of the reply can be asserted only when the bill in the month of September, 2025 is 2 issued. 3. Be that as it may, taking into consideration the fact that the rely on behalf of the respondent has been filed on the affidavit of a Competent Officer and the Court has no reason to disbelieve the same, these proceedings are disposed of on the basis of the contents of the reply, but with liberty to the petitioner that, in case, the contents thereof are not found to be correct, then, an appropriate application can be filed by the petitioner to revive the contempt petition.
