Amin, learned counsel appeared on instructions of Shri AFNU Mollah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri G. Pegu, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department. The grievance of the petitioner was with regard to his selection and appointment as Assistant Teacher of Lower Primary School. It is the case of the petitioner that he secured marks more than the cut off marks in the district of Dhemaji. Notice was issued in this case on 24.07.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner has however submitted that during the pendency of this case, his client has been appointed. The said fact has also endorsed by Shri Pegu, learned Standing Counsel of the Department.
