The Time Extension Application (MCC No.2 of 2025) has been moved by the District Judge, Dehradun dated 16.10.2025 annexing therewith the application moved by the Presiding Officer, Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Vikas Nagar, Dehradun annexing therewith the report of the Additional District Judge, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun.
3. By way of the said application, it has been prayed to grant additional time to decide the application Paper No.6C2.
4. On perusal of the record, it appears that vide order dated 04.09.2025, seven days time was granted to the trial court to dispose of the application, Paper No.6C2 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for temporary injunction. However, even after lapse of sufficient time, the application has not been decided as yet.
5. On perusal of the application moved by the trial court, the ground taken for delay in the application appeared to be quite convincing for the reason that the file of the trial court had been transmitted to the court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Vikas Nagar, Dehradun on 06.10.2025 which was received in the said court on
13.10.2025.
6. In this view of the matter, the Time Extension Application (MCC No.2 of 2025) deserves to be allowed. The same is, accordingly, allowed.

7. Further 7 days’ time is granted to the trial court that the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Vikas Nagar, Dehradun to decide the application Paper No.6C2 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for temporary injunction within seven days from today positively.
8. Registry to inform the court concerned immediately for compliance.
