PUD has been received from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambikapur, District- Surguja (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to conclude the trial as directed by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2024 passed in MCRC No. 4550/2024, wherein it has been directed to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3. In view of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted.
