Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned High Court Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent. 3. It is submitted by the learned High Court Government Pleader that, the petitioner is having remedy under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that the respondent No.2 has issued an endorsement dated 21.10.2015 (Annexure-F), rejecting the claim made by the petitioner herein on the ground that, the land in question is the Inam land and also referred to the order passed by this Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20731 WP No. 58412 of 2015 4.
