The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing of the impugned un-dated appointment list issued by the opposite party No. 2 for appointment of opposite party No. 3 as Booth Level Officer (B.L.O.) of Village Panchayat-Kandaru, Block-Paraspur, Tahsil-Colonelganj, District-Gonda for conducting the election of Tristariya U.P. Panchayat Electrol-2025-2026, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 2 to replace the B.L.O. of Village Panchayat- Kandaru, Block-Paraspur, Tahsil-Colonelganj, District-Gonda in place of opposite party No. 3, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has moved an application, which is pending, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the pending application expeditiously. 4.
