The third respondent has made it clear that the petitioner has to get the relief only from the jurisdictional Court. The petitioner has to necessarily get injunction only from the said civil Court. It appears that no interlocutory application has been filed. The petitioner is given liberty to file an IA. If such an IA is filed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be numbered immediately by the trial Court and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. If any document is presented in the meanwhile, the registering authority shall keep the same as a pending document and wait for the outcome of the IA. Merely because I have given such a direction, it will not mean that I have expressed anything on the merits of the writ petitioner's claim. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.23961 of 2025 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
