Heard Sri Rahul Roshan Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Sri Govind Kumar Chaurashiya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner had moved an application U/S 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lambhuvan, District Sultanpur for exchanging of the land situated at Gata No. 51 which is in possession of the petitioner with land situated at Gata No. 77 situated at Gram Bhagautipur, Tehsil - Lambhuva, District Sultanpur which is recorded as Khalihan. 3. It is stated that various reports of the revenue authorities have been obtained and despite the same the appeal is pending and has not been decided till date. 4. In light of the above and also considering that application for exchange U/S 101 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006is pending since 04.11.2023, respondent No. 3/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lambhuva, District - Sultanpur is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid application, expeditiously, say, within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law.
