Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to make a representation to the Competent Authority for suitable adjustment in view of some adverse family circumstances being faced by her and thereafter, the Competent Authority may be directed to decide the representation intended to be filed by the petitioner within a time-bound schedule. 2. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file representation to Competent Authority. In case such -2- representation is received by respondents/competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a reasonable time, preferably within two weeks. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
