A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.07.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0356 of 2024, under sections-376-D & 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Gonda lodged by opposite party no.4 against petitioners as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as final report has been prepared and submitted before the supervisory authority on 23.04.2025. 4.
