Along with the suit, the plaintiff has filed I.A.No.7 under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC, I.A.No.8 under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC, I.A.No.9 under Order VIII Rule 1A of CPC and I.A.No.10 under Order XI Rules 12 and 14 of CPC. As per the order sheet of the Trial Court produced by the petitioner-plaintiff, arguments of the parties have been concluded on I.As. on 30.10.2023 and the matter has been posted for orders on I.A.Nos.7 to 10 by - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10901 WP No. 4766 of 2025 24.11.2023.
