The present application has been filed under Section 29(A) (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 seeking extension of time to complete Arbitral proceedings in Arbitration Case No.3 of 2022 titled Roshan Thakur Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others. The appointment was made on 02.12.2022. It has been averred in the application that the matter has ripened for evidence, as the issues have already been framed. The learned Arbitrator vide order dated 25.03.2025 has also recorded that the extension of time is required. 2. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended till 31.03.2026 to conclude the Arbitral proceedings. Therefore, the present application is allowed. 3.
