This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surksha Sanhita, 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 18/27(a)/28/29/30 of NDPS Act and under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no seizure of any plant will suggest false accusation. On vague allegation this petitioner has been roped in this case. 4. The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. There is an allegation against this petitioner and others that they were illegally cultivating poppy in the forest area. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, even if there is no seizure, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No.79 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra, stands rejected. 7. Petitioner should appear before the Court concerned and take an appropriate step.
