The present revision has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to summon the lower court record and after perusing the same may kindly be pleased to allow the present criminal revision and set-a-side the judgment and order dated 21-07-2025 passed by Learned 1st Upper Principle Judge Sultanpur passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1058/2024 "Khusboonisha & Another Vs Shah Alam" u/s 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station Gosainganj, District Sultanpur." At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision with liberty to the revisionist to avail remedy as available under law including filing of application under Section 126 Cr.P.C. akin to Section 145 B.N.S.S. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
