Heard Shri Yogeshwar Sharan Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Additional Government Advocate (A.G.A.) appearing for the State. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. /Cr. No.- 286/2025, dated 19.08.2025, under Sections 69, 115 (2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Gonda, and to stay the arrest and harassment of the petitioner, during the pendency of the instant petition in the interest of justice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He further contends that even if the allegations made in the F.I.R. are taken at face value, the respondent no.3 was a consenting party. 4. Learned A.G.A. opposes the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that the ingredients of Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) are made out against the petitioner. 5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of First Information Report, it is apparent that commissioning of cognizable offence is made out, therefore, no interference is required by this Court and this petition is misconceived. 6.
