Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. (earlier 482 Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the applicants for staying the impugned Non-Bailable Warrant dated 11.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Sultanpur, Sessions Trial No. 359/2019 "State Vs. Mohd. Haseeb and 5 others", which arises out of Case Crime No. 552/2018 under Section 307 IPC at Police Station Chanda, District Sultanpur. Further prayer for staying the proceedings of the aforesaid case is also requested. 3. It is further submitted that non-appearance before the court below is not deliberate but it had happened due to unavoidable circumstances. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants undertake that he will not further jump the conditions of bail and will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below. 4. Learned counsel further undertakes that the applicants will appear before the court below within a period of two weeks. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, for the period of two weeks, non bailable warrant dated 11.07.2025 issued against the applicants shall remain stayed.
