OMP No.776 of 2025 Neither any reply has been filed nor written instructions have been placed on record. The respondents/applicants have prayed for release of the entire award amount. It is submitted that the applicants are in need of money as they have made the payment of work from their business. Record reveals that an amount of Rs.1,15,13,875/- deposited in the Registry of this Court by the appellant/non- applicant. Keeping in view the entire facts of the case, in my considered view, the interest of justice shall be served by directing the release of 50% of the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of the respondents/applicants on their furnishing security bond to the satisfaction to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Ordered accordingly. Registry is directed to release 50% of the deposited amount in favour of the applicants, subject to their furnishing security bond to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. The amount be remitted directly to the bank account, details of which have been furnished in para-4 of the application, after due verification. Application stands disposed of.
