The present review application has been filed seeking review of the judgment and order passed by this Court on 10.03.2025 in Civil Misc. Review Application No. 23 of 2025 (Managing Director, U.P. Jal Nigam and another vs. Gurubaran Bharti and another). 3. Considering the fact that this Court in paragraph no.4 of the order itself had left it to the discretion of the executing court to pass orders on the execution taking into consideration any order that may have been passed, no good ground for review is made out. 4. Review application is, accordingly, dismissed. 5. However, the applicant would be at liberty to take such steps as may be advised under law. 6.
