State of Rajasthan, through Principal Secretary, Department of Energy, Government, Secretariat, Jaipur (Raj.) 2. Vidyut Utapadan/Prasasan\ Vitran Nigam Ltd. Through its Chief personal officer J.V.V.NL Jaipur (Rajasthan) 3. Jaipur vidyut Vitran Nigarm, Ltd. Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.) though its CMD. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Yogesh Kumar Jatav for Mr. Deendayal Khandelwal For Respondent(s) : None present HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 20/03/2025 Upon perusal of ‘para 2 and 3’ of the impugned order dated 25.06.2015, passed by respondent department whereby representation of the petitioner was dismissed, it is noted that the said order passed by the respondent department is a well speaking order which is passed relying upon the judgment passed in Ms. Asha Saini & Ors vs. JVVNL & Ors.,; SBCWP No. 4264/2013. Moreover, reliance is placed upon order dated 04.04.2003, wherein, reservation qua women candidates is not applicable qua the candidates covered under Technical Women Service Regulations, 1975, i.e., there is no reservation for woman candidates in the recruitment for the post of Technical Helper. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to distinguish the judgment relied upon by the department i.e., Asha Saini (supra). (2 of 2) [CW-14366/2015] Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the fact that recruitment pertains to the Year 2015, that as on date, no seats are lying vacant qua the said post, that no interim order is operational qua the petitioner, this Court deems it apposite to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. (SAMEER JAIN),J DIKSHA MISHRA /116
