The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandanus commanding the Respondent to fix an early date for the hearing and deciding the objection dated 14.02.2025; (ii) Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent to decide the objections of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time." 3.
