Case No. 134/2025 under Sections 309(4)/304(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. R. A. Lahkar, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
