Subramanya Bhat for the complainant and learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Pramodhini Kishan for the respondents. 2. The directions which were brought under the contempt jurisdiction as contained in the order dated 06.07.2023 of learned Single Judge disposing of the writ petition were as under, "Having taken note of the grievance urged by the petitioner that he is due to retire from service on 31st March, 2027 and considering the apprehension expressed by the petitioner that respondent No.2 will not re-deposit a sum of Rs.90 lakh, which has been withdrawn by the respondent No.2 from the corpus fund of the KGF Urban Development Authority, the *respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representations dated 23rd October, 2019 (Annexure-E), 26th November, 2021 (Annexure-E1); 30th May, 2022 (Annexure- E2); 05th December, 2022 (Annexure-E3); and 02nd November, 2022 (Annexure-E4), within an - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:3824-DB CCC No. 141 of 2024 outer limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of." 3. In response to the contempt petition, compliance affidavit is filed. It is stated that the representation of the complainant has been decided. Further more, the endorsement dated 06.05.2024 (copy at page 19 - Annexure-R1), was produced wherein it is stated that Rs.50 lakhs has been deposited in the account of the respondent-The Commissioner, KGF Urban Development Authority. 4. Learned advocate for the complainant stated that the complainant is satisfied with the same. 5. In view of the above, the contempt petition does not survive. It is accordingly disposed of. Sd/- (N.
