Roy, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Mrs. Pomi Baruah, Director of Higher Education, Assam as respondent No. 6 in the connected contempt petition since she is the new incumbent holding the said post. The learned counsel submits that impleadment is necessary for effective compliance of this Court’s direction. It is however seen that the applicant has given the designation of the respondent sought to be impleaded as Director of Secondary Education. Since, the learned counsel submits that the same is due to some typographical mistake and in fact the respondent to be impleaded is a Director of Higher Education, the same is accepted for the ends of justice. In view of above, the impleadment application for impleading Mrs. Pomi Baruah, Director of Higher Education, Assam, is hereby allowed. I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
