The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and thereby directing to the opposite party no.1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.5 to 8 over the land Gata No.2235Chha/2.437 hect. recorded as "Pashuchar bhumi" in the revenue record in the Village- Pirkhauli, Pargana-Magalsi, Tehsil-Sohawal, District-Ayodhya, in the interest of justice." 3. Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that without carrying out the demarcation proceedings, no proceedings can be initiated for demolition as prayed. It is stated that the demarcation proceedings shall be initiated soon. 4. In view of the said statement, the petition is disposed off directing the respondent authorities to conclude the demarcation proceedings and thereafter take action in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
