Heard Rahul Roshan Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent No.s. 2 to 4 to immediately correct the name of the petitioner in revenue record in respect of Khata No. 0025 & 0094 Gram Ramnagar (Mattha) Sultantero (Teray) Tehisl - Lambhuva, District - Sultanpur as Chandrakali @ Shanti Devi W/o Krishna Prasad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in order to seek the aforesaid prayer the petitioner has filed an appropriate application U/S 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the appropriate authority. He further submits that sometime may be granted to him to file an appropriate application which may be directed expedite. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application U/S 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within two weeks from today before appropriate authority and in case such an application is moved, the concerned authority shall proceed to consider and decide Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rahul Roshan Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
