The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the Tahsildar to implement the order dated 18.05.2024, by which, the Tahsildar had directed to handover possession of 12 cents in Sy.No.500/4 of Vittala Kasaba Village to the petitioner, who was the landlord. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though this order was passed on 18.05.2024, the same has not been given effect to despite the representation dated 23.12.2024. 3. In that view of the matter, the Tahsildar is directed to implement the order dated 18.05.2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
