Mr. Das submits that in this case, police has submitted charge sheet being CS No.16/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 3. Since charge-sheet has been filed, the petitioner has been adviced to approach the Trial Court for seeking regular bail. The Trial Court shall consider his bail application in accordance with the procedures as laid down by law. 4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court for seeking regular bail in appropriate circumstances. With the aforesaid direction, this bail application is closed and stands disposed of.
