According to plaintiff, he has moved an application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC and also under Order XXXIX Rule 10 CPC. 5. It seems that defendant-husband has also moved an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC. 6. Learned Counsel for defendant-wife has no objection if all these applications are directed to be disposed of expeditiously. 7. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 28.05.2025. 8. It also seems quite obvious that there is some matrimonial discord between the defendants. 9. Be that as it may, the present petition is disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to take up all these applications on the date fixed i.e. on 28.05.2025 and to make best endeavour to dispose of all such applications within a further period of three months. 10. Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 11. The pending application also stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
